When I first began my fitness journey, I was completely overwhelmed. There's so many diets, fitness programs, and supplements out there that it can be extremely overwhelming for a beginner. On top of information overload, a lot of what I read was that I needed to punish and push our bodies to the absolute max to get results.
While this is somewhat true, I assure you that there's a better way. God doesn't want you to punish your body to achieve the results you're looking for.
The key to fitness is to keep your faith strong with God with a loving heart, watch your diet, and remain consistent and active with your workouts. Easier said than done, right? That's where we come in.
